“Got some hiccups upon check-in due to earlier made requests were not noticeable and unattended at all. But ended the in charge (I guess) tried her best to solve the issue by letting us to view the rooms before check-in, also prepared a slice of cake as a gesture for my birthday celebration. This is good to ease the unpleasant experience from the first impression. Location is quite good, but better to understand the overnight parking area before check-in. “设备很好很新，房间光洁舒服。 5分钟走到TESCO，楼下附近也有吃的，便利店都有，虽有银行但不提供兑换服务。 WIFI用着还行，但算不上十分顺畅。”

“Chalet style accommodation. Like living in a small house. Very quiet at certain timing and on weekdays if there are no school holidays. But you will surely wake up before 6 am.”

“The house is clean and cozy, owner prepare mineral water bottles upon request. Nice stay.”

“The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. ”

“The staff were courteous and welcoming. It's best to upgrade your stay as the lower price rooms have no window and are small. Overall not a bad hotel.”

“Hotel breakfast is very good. The view on the top floor restaurant is excellent! Hotel staff is friendly. The only downside is room is way too dark, it is almost unable to work after evening. Hotel needs to consider business traveller needs, room shall be equipped with lamp on desk or improve lighting in any way. ”
