“There is too much smoke on the first floor, it is very easy to get lost from the lobby to the parking lot, there is no obvious sign, the elevator button does not work well, at 2:45 in the morning, another customer's dog scratched the door, and called the customer service to complain, she actually told me "ok" and then hung up the phone, and waited for 20 minutes without security to deal with the problem, and then called again to complain. …Will never try here anymore！”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We all booked a facial at the hotel and that was amazing. We arrived early so we could use all the amenities that went with our spa reservations. My daughter is 7 months pregnant and she was looking forward to floating in the pool. We were excited that the hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. When we got there both pools were occupied with a lot of children. So floating in either pool was out. Also, there was no chairs or loungers available because all the……

“It was just a one night late night stay. We were driving cross country. The check in was quick and easy and the coffee was good …I would like it to be a bit stronger but it got me out the door”

“Beautiful, peaceful property with everything we could possibly want. Spacious updated rooms with fridge, microwave, bathtub, comfortable beds and bedding. Outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or drink with a river view. Restaurant and bar onsite.The pool and hot tub are outside next to the trees but fully covered for an indoor/outdoor feel. One of the most spacious and welcoming lobbies I've seen. Parking is in the garage across the street but it was not inconvenient. I would definitely stay here……
