The good: the beach, pools and slides are good for kids.
The bad: so many little annoyances and sanitation issues. Housekeeping only takes trash nothing else so the sand you drag in to your room accumulates on the floors and beds. Pull out sofa was full of crumbs and what looked like some pubes. Creamer was god-knows how old and and i almost threw up when i had some in my coffee. Pool has the worlds cheapest towels and threatens to charge you $40 if you don’t return them the same day you checked them out. A few bugs in the room. $50/day for beach chairs. Have to cross the street to get to the front desk. Big group of teens using the entire pool for a football game while my 3 year old was trying to swim in it and no staff in sight to intervene. I could go on, but generally I was disappointed other than the nice pools, slides, splash pad and beach access. Kids mostly liked it.

The only bad thing is that the parking is not included, not the breakfast.

Average room condition / customer service but Amenities is good specially pool lazy river water slides and beach front balcony overall is good stay..

The location was great! My family had a great time at the beach. Kids will enjoy the many amenities geared towards them. However, the room itself was in need of great repairs. The jetted tub was disgusting! We even encountered 2 roaches. Needless to say, I will never stay at this property again.
