Accommodates 6 with 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa. Ground level locked storage room for your beach and pool accessories. For your safety no items are to be left in the common areas or hallways outside of the condominium. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Marlin Quay has secured parking with security gates, elevators serving two units per floor, and two large outdoor pools (open Easter/April 1 to October 1). Two parking permits are issued per unit. There is one assigned parking space onsite and the second permit is for the lot across the street. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
