The first room they gave has a terrible carpet smell and seemed like someone did smoke in the toilet.
After complains they gave us another room which was no better, they forgot to give us towels and there were no spoons for tea/coffee.
Such a new property in such poor condition is unbelievable.
The porter and the cleaning lady was very nice and polite but they only could only do so much.

Tv didnt work, checked the plug, the pins were the wrong style and could never have been plugged in at all - so was taken to the room, set up but never turned on. Sheets had small holes and stains. Aircon was good. Toilet paper or tissue on the floor of the bathroom when I entered. Wifi was very patchy
