“The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Tom's property was such a sweet gem to find in Napa! The location was very quiet and the property grounds were absolutely beautiful! You can tell that the property has been well cared for over the years and they great attention to every detail on the property. We were visiting to tour the Napa wineries for the first time and loved how they incorporated grape vines outside the window and an old grapevine above the head of the bed to keep with the wine country theme along with some books about……

“This is the tiniest space. It’s a bed in a box. You want to turn around? You’d better do it outside. Extremely overpriced for a space smaller than ANY hotel room I’ve ever experienced. The circa 1982 fixtures just set the whole thing off. There is a fridge. No mini microwave. So bring back a leftover, but you’re eating it cold. We regularly go to Napa. We will never stay here again.”

“Super easy to check in. Lots of space for a group. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Great gas stove if you like to cook. Only negative is street noise with front bedrooms. And, not to seem picky but it really needs a professional sprayer for the kitchen sink.”
