We arrived on a Sunday, and were told that our stay would be cut short due to closong on Wednesday.
No restaurants were open. Just the buffet. No amenities, snorkel gear, etc.
Tuesday at 10am we were told to leave by noon.
I have not been refunded the 4 nights we had already paid for, and haven't been told they will be refunded or that I'll be compensated in any way. Hotels.com contacted them too, but were told to call back. Phones aren't being answered. Emails ignored.
