“Very nice beaches helpful staff ”

“Although we enjoyed our stay at Royalton Negril., the property and our room in particular is need of some remodeling & repairs. We had a one bedroom presidential & for the price, I was disappointed in the state of the room. Repairs to bring room back up to "diamond club" status needs to be done ASAP. We would like to give a shout out to our butler Rahiem for top notch service and our guy at the bar next to Jerk Hut. Overall an amazing stay, mainly due to staff.”

“Initially, we weren't quite sure about it since you had to cross the road to get to the beach. But, it was worth it. The private, upgraded experience everywhere was fantastic. The beachfront area was so different than the neighboring concrete hotels/resorts. Private huts, butlered food and drinks, even more foilage. And the peacefulness on our balcony/porch was stunning. Definitely going to return.”

“Our first time in Jamaica and a Sandals we loved it. We had a standard room, comfy bed and cleaned daily got extra shampoo/soap when I asked for it. Dining options were great, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good, we will be back in 2026! ”

“The more I travel, the more I realize that one person's pros are another's cons, so here's a list of what my husband and I experienced. This was our 6th time to Jamaica, our 4th to Negil/7 Mile Beach. -Spacious room with AC, kitchenette, a selection of kitchenware, beach towels, TV -Clean, quiet beach area with more than enough beach loungers. Cushions/umbrellas/plastic tables are free for guests. -Excursion groups arrive around noon to enjoy the beach and leave by evening. -Many of the rooms……

“Very comfortable and equipped with everything. A short drive to the pool and beach. The pool and beach exceeded our expectations, quite beautiful and quiet. Loved the location of the property, but you really do need a car if you want to be able to get groceries, go to dinner, etc. We only did one or two excursions but we used the car every day.”

“The included activities, dining and drinking options and quality, as well as free shuttles to area excursions are incredible. The resort staff make you feel welcome and encourage guests to participate in everything you can squeeze into your time at the resort. The fitness center and spa made it easy to have a nice morning workout, followed by some laps in the pool, and a game of pickleball, or tennis and even squeeze in a massage if you enjoy them. The juice/smoothie bar made for a great……
