Not worth the hassle
Posted Sep 27, 2023 on HotelsI was unable to get transportation to the city to be able to stay at this hotel. I have advance notice to cancel and no one contacted me. I tried calling, there was no answer. I contacted Hotels.com for assistance and they were unable to contact them. Hotels.com sent a refund request and it was never acknowledged. I know they received it, as I didn’t receive any communications about when I would be arriving or check in policy.

The description of the room and the whole "hotel" does not correspond to reality..
