“We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic!!! Many of the canals can have a lot of foot and bike traffic, especially at night. This location is close to everything, but on a quiet canal. We loved the funky old boat, but I would caution that the photos might be unintentionally misleading. This boat is fun and funky -not elegant. Think “70s kitsch” - tapestries, mismatched prints, space blankets on the ceiling. The bed was good, the other furniture rather uncomfortable. There is no……

Nous nous sommes retrouver à 8 à chercher mais nous avons tous été arnaqué Hôtel.com a mis + 6h a nous contacter nous avons attendu jusque 23h dehors le soir de nouvel an. ”

“I stayed with 2 of my friends in this cute little boat. We had an amazing time where it was walking distance from the centre. Although there is no running water the host was very friendly and accomodate for us and always made sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to stay on an affordable boat in the canals of Amsterdam!!”

“Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage auf dem schönen Hausboot! Es ist wirklich der reine Luxus dort. Wenn man reinkommt, ist es zwar sehr heiß, aber da man alles aufmachen kann, kühlt es auch schnell ab. Der Preis ist allerdings trotzdem sehr hoch. Der Check in ist relativ spät, das Check in Fenster zwischen 16:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr. Eher kurz. Dafür muss man dann um 10:00 Uhr morgens schon wieder draußen sein, das finde ich etwas knapp. Man muss auch alles ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen, es wird……

“Landschaftlich ein Traum. Mit den Panorama-Fenstern ist man ein Teil der Natur. Wir waren von dem Sonnenaufgang über dem See, dem gleißenden Licht der Morgensonne genauso angetan wie von dem Regen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war der Fluglärm.”

“The houseboat was in a great location for exploring all of Amsterdam. Very close to metro and tram stops to visit museums and get to other parts of city. It was quiet and peaceful on the canal and we enjoyed our stay. Albert and Anna had coffee pods for morning cuppa to get out the door and were gracious to let us drop our luggage until check-in and we started our explore of city while preparations were made. “Einzig die Elektrik des Hauses hat uns genervt. Mit den Touch Dimmern kann man nicht nur verschiedene Lampen ein - und ausschalten, man kann auch die Fenster öffnen. Das sorgt teilweise für Verwirrung. Das vor dem Schlafzimmer keine Tür ist, ist zwar optisch schön sorgt Nacht aber im Alter für unruhigen Schlaf. Auch, das die kurzen Treppen kein Geländer haben stört wohl nur im Alter.”

“Myself and 2 family members chose the Aalsmeer houseboat to explore Amsterdam and Keukenhof gardens. The houseboat is super cute. It’s a 35 minute walk to the bus station and we took an Uber for 10 euros because it was raining. Then bus to Hoofddorp to catch a train to Schiphol airport then on to Amsterdam Centraal station. “Sehr schönes Hausboot mit allem Drum und Dran in attraktiver Lage! Wir waren zu Viert, sodass eine Person auf einer Matratze im Wohnbereich schlafen musste, das sollte man sich also überlegen, aber das war auch so im Inserat angegeben. Durch den Gastgeber wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt, er hat uns auch gute Tipps zur Urlaubsgestaltung gegeben und wäre bei Fragen auch stets erreichbar gewesen. Die beschaulichen Orte in der Nähe von Stavoren kann man gut mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Probleme hatten……
