“We traveled to Boulder City to watch our son play in the NCAA Division III golf championship. The location was near both golf courses and the neighborhood was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the course. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the coffee and treats at the Boulder City Company Store! We would definitely stay here again!”

“Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, luxus sucht man hier vergebens. War von uns aber auch nicht gewollt. Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Ranch. Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier richtig. Landschaftlich wunderschön...”

“Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !”

“We stayed for the night just passing through on our way back home from southern Cali to our home base in upper Washington state We had five of us and 3 dogs. It was just enough space for all of us, but any more it would have been too much. The cottage is an old duplex so keep that in mind... Overall our stay was fine and the place was clean.”
