“I had a little stupid something happen in regards to my room (a self caused issue), that left me locked out of my room. The staff was nothing but understanding & even offered me a side room until the problem was resolved. Thanks so much for everything!”

“Quiet and close major highways. Clean and with just the basics a traveller will need. Microwave in room and a laundry.”

“Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. I am grateful that Expedia found us a room that met my needs! The hotel we stayed at for the previous 30 years was knocked down to make a parking lot for the New Castle……

Like Wifi is good, Mattress is so comfortable. Room smells with pleasant odour. Outside seenary looks good with the pretty Gardneir, seperate smoking zone available. Overall i do have pleasant and a peacfull staff with the expectations.”

“I was homeless (living in my car) and working at Amazon when I went to Super Lodge. From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. They have a bunch of cameras and if any shady stuff goes on they don’t play they’ll call the police. They made it to were in an unsafe are……

“Overall the stay was good. However, the bathroom clearly wasnt cleaned properly because there was urine when you lifted the toilet seat and there was dirt under the vanity area. Also there was no coffee pot in the room and the mini kitchen had no utensils/plates/cups etc”
