“Clean, nice reception. ”

“The Windsor Hotel in Stratford was a wonderful place to stay for our three day visit over the recent long weekend. The newly renovated hotel is lovely, and the historic rooms have been upgraded with great attention to detail. More than the hotel itself, the owner and staff are outstanding. Tushar, one of the co-owners, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Marou, Ankit and Kayla were excellent as well. “The hotel, room, food etc. was all good. There's an oddly aggressive big sign when you check in demanding kindness towards staff and "if you think you can do better, fill out an application as we're always hiring." That was kind of passive aggressive, immature, and off putting. No reflection on the staff, but seriously makes me wonder about management. Also of the three EV charges, two are Tesla... the non-Tesla charger was broken/not working. Staff didn't know anything about how any of it……

“Beautiful hotel. Perfect stay. Great bed, great pillows. Only con is the rooms are carpeted and they are old so there is a mild odour ( you get use to it quickly though). I will return for sure. ”

“The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, theaters and water activities. The rooms are clean, unique and beautifully decorated and provide everything you could possibly need. All that is nice but without good service and friendly staff it means nothing and the staff and the service they provide is exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them and will definitely be returning. ”

“A little off the main highway I was using, but easily found via Garman. Simple motel, but clean and quiet. Had an excellent night's sleep. The room could use some minor repair to a set of Venetian blinds, and the outside front could be better done in terms of caretaking. But these were minor and really didn't negatively affect my stay.”

“The hotel is a lovely old gem. Close to everything…restaurants, stores, the Avon theatre. All within walking distance. Free parking The only drawback was that our heat/cool/fan in the room did not work so it was very stuffy. Luckily we were able to open the windows”
