"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"The hotel was clean, the owners were very nice and friendly and it was close to everything that we planned to do. This hotel is a hidden gem and everyone should know about it. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"While climbing stairs to the 3rd floor was rough on my bad knees, overall it was a pretty decent place. Employees were friendly and it is only a minute walk to the beach. We would stay there again!"

"Spent Mother’s Day weekend here and had such a wonderful relaxing time. Really enjoyed the pool and theater room. The estate is gorgeous with beautiful landscaping and gardens, bird watching, phenomenal outdoor grill area and guest house accommodations. Geoff, the host was so very attentive and made our stay absolutely perfect. Minutes to Princeton, restaurants shopping, etc. We will definitely be back to this little slice of heaven!"

"I had a very early event in NYC and required a place to lay my head for an early to bed/early to rise night sleep. Location was perfect for access to the train into NYC. This room was ideal for that purpose. I was checked in quickly, had off-street parking, and the room was supplied with all I needed. I slept well and was able to attend my event on time and refreshed. I would definitely stay again if a similar need arose. "

"Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!"
