“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return……

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great!”

“Location was great, and the space had everything we needed! My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bedspread and floor mats were pretty dirty, you could tell they were just vacuumed and not washed between guests. The towels also smelled mildewy, they were washed but maybe not dried properly.”

“My extended family and I had a delightful week at Paul's place on Misquamicut beach. The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! The location is just superb -- just a few sandy steps from the waves! And the view from the back patio was mesmerizing. We had a wonderful mostly sunny week, and so the portable pop-up shade canopy that we brought and set up above the picnic table was a……

“My husband and 2 adult kids were able to get away for a short weekend together and our stay at Brenda's beach cottage was perfect! Loved the screened in porch, updated kitchen and accommodations. We couldn't have asked for a better place for a short time away!”

“We loved our stay in this house on Block Island. It was perfect for our group of 6 (I do think more than that might be cramped). It's a great house, tons of light and great hang-out space upstairs with cozy bedrooms downstairs. We were asked to bring our own towels and sheets a few days before our stay, which came as a surprise so something to be aware of, but we made it work and enjoyed our stay!”
