The service is poor, after 10 o'clock in the evening, only one window is open for check-in, there is a long queue, and I have three children, and no one cares at all.

Location is good, room is clean. But I am not pleased with front desk while checking in. I booked hotel through Expedia,but front desk staff told me there wasn’t my reservation in hotel system, they made me wait almost half of an hour and told me it wasn’t their fault, finally I can check in after standing almost 30 minutes in front desk. They make me so upset and nervous because they told me they couldn’t find my reservation in their system!

The rooms would benefit from having a mirror located next to a light and an electric socket.
The only motor with a socket was in the bathroom which was a problem with 3 women all trying to shower, dry hair and apply makeup at the same time!

Always able to get a taxi. Lots of places to walk and get food and shop. Easy access to subways
