When I got to the hotel on time for check in it was being renovated over so I didn’t get to go in this hotel so basically I completely got my money taken from you guys.

Staff was very personable, friendly, and helpful, they really made the stay wonderful. Rooms were small, but clean and perfect for a stay in the city. We would stay there again.

The location of the Gem is great. The Forager store/restaurant right next door is handy although expensive. The room I had was clean and very small. I love the openable windows so I could get some fresh air. There was construction and noise and the roof was closed at the time of my visit and I was unaware prior to my arrival of these conditions.
