The service is bad . The Worker too rough and not polite

It’s a pretty old hotel. The air conditioning is very noisy. WiFi is extremely slow. They don’t have a safe in the room.
Front desk is nice.

I stayed this hotel 4nights. It was very convenient to go anywhere (uptown and downtown). The most favorite thing for me is to get free fresh coffee every morning before my schedule even I don’t eat a breakfast at the restaurant.
I would recommend to stay this hotel. It was very reasonable prices to stay and easy to access any Manhattan travel areas.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. One small fault hallway noise of people arriving and leaving leaks into the room.

Amazing property!!!!! Everything was perfect! Except noisy New York construction that was going on! But no one’s fault! Just a big city!! Would definitely stay here again!
