Some staffs are friendly, some staffs are unfriendly. I can not open the window in my room, because there is a restaurant fan near by my window.

the aircon is not cooling, reported it but no body make an action, room no plastic on trash basket, carpet is really dirty

I was beyond pleased with our stay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Plus we were in the heart of all of the action. It was a short walk to all of our shows, restaurants, and bus stops. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location for a first visit as you can walk to several places, but the area itself is very dirty with a strong smell of "NY". Traffic around the hotel, as expected, is really bad. So be ready to walk or take the subway, which is just a block away.
