Everything was great from checkin to the restaurants. The folks at the front desk were all friendly and welcoming. We had friends join us for dinner - celebrating a birthday. They brought a bottle of champagne. The hotel arranged to have a bucket of ice along with the champagne sent to our room while we had dinner. And…they added a cheese plate too! Our new favorite hotel in the city!

The hotel was clean , the staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We ate in the two restaurants and the food was excellent. The rooftop bar was open for drinks and the music and drinks were great. We would definitely book here again .

The staff at the Kimberly are so accommodating, friendly and professional. It was my husband's birthday and they brought a special treat to the room for him. We got in early but they allowed us to check in and they even gave us an upgraded room with a balcony. The rooftop is a lot of fun as well. I didn't get a chance to eat at the steakhouse but I heard it was very good. I live in New Jersey but work in New York and I love the area on the east side. This is my second time at the hotel but definitely won't be my last
