Amazing and beautiful on the outside and in! Staff friendly! Unfortunately the room is too high tech for me . You need a key card to get on the elevator. The air conditioner unit is difficult and inefficient. The television wasn’t working and to top it off the bathtub is absolutely complicated. Shouldn’t there be just one knob. The multiple knobs seem very expensive to install and unnecessary. I just got married the day of and to come into a difficult to navigate room was disheartening. Staff was absolutely responsive but my husband and I felt terrible being the annoying pesky customers who called multiple times because if it was not one thing it was another. This hotel will rock if the room is people friendly because if I didn't speak the native language I would not have been able to stay.

Our go to hotel when we are in Far Rockaway! Excellent service, clean rooms with beautiful ocean views, and love the complimentary Rose when you check-in!
