"Very cute place rental and convenient to Cornell. Price was very reasonable. We would recommend this place to others and definitely stay here again. Some extra amenities would be a very nice addition such as having some extra TP, hand/ dish soap (shower soap was empty), paper towels, napkins, etc. There was coffee which was awesome-- we had brought our own so we were all set. "Bring your 4 wheel drive car and snow boots! This property will not allow for cancellations for any reasons, even half a foot of snow. And expect to shovel the long driveway and 12+ stairs. "It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose.
