“The appartment's location is within 15 minute walking distance from the University of Newcastle. Plenty of free parking spaces. However, only limited numbers of wifi vouchers were issued on device basis which in our case (PCs & cell phones for 4 persons) seems insufficient. A nice place to stay but the quoted price as listed in Hotel.com was different with what it actually charged my credit card account. I lodged an complaint to hotel.com on this but no positive feedback was received! A nice……

“The central train station is just nearby. It is very convenient to travel to other city. Overall, it is clean and polite.”

“Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.”

“The only thing we didn't like was our room,it was absolutely roasting even with the heating off and a fan on. We also had to sleep with no covers on it was so warm. Otherwise we have no complaints,the weekend was brilliant and hotel not far from metro station (west jesmond)”

“I spent 5 nights in this clean hotel. The staff is very nice and lovely. The hotel located in a safe and quiet place, however it's only 15 minutes' walk to the very center. The breakfast is good, especially the toast and the croissant. About the room, it's clean, tidy and with good facilities. I am very satisfied with the bed, so soft and comfortable, which also make me slept tight every day. If I have a friend who want to come to Newcastle, I would definitely recommend this hotel!”
