“Excellent service & staff. All staff found to be very friendly. Breakfast menu good. Property about half a mile from centre of south shields with metro & bus stations. Pleasant walks through local parks & along coast nearby. Parking - widely available as free spaces outside along whole length of road & nearby side roads. Our car left entire duration of our stay as we made use of very good public transport. Excellent base for staying near Newcastle or travelling nearby. Would definitely recommend……

“I spent 5 nights in this clean hotel. The staff is very nice and lovely. The hotel located in a safe and quiet place, however it's only 15 minutes' walk to the very center. The breakfast is good, especially the toast and the croissant. About the room, it's clean, tidy and with good facilities. I am very satisfied with the bed, so soft and comfortable, which also make me slept tight every day. If I have a friend who want to come to Newcastle, I would definitely recommend this hotel!”
