“We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean”

“My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!”

“This is a great place to stay in Newport. The house is amazing and the staff is very friendly. A breakfast bar is included and the room had a small kitchenette. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.”

“The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved that it was in the heart of things, very well appointed, roomy, comfortable, and designated parking is a huge benefit. We were there over a holiday weekend (our mistake). The pizza place across the street is an after bar hangout so from midnight-2am it is extremely loud and rowdy. The host provides a white noise machine but it didn’t help us. We would def stay here again but not around a holiday that attracts young adults and motorcycles.”

Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.”

“Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay……

“What a wonderful property! It was clean, spacious and well decorated. Parking was so easy and the location was perfect. Even with the amount of people this place can hold, once you were in your room it was very quiet. The host was responsive to any needs and made the check in/check out process very smooth. “Six 60-ish year old women on a girls weekend enjoyed Cinco de Maio/Kentucky Derby/Policemen's Parade weekend at this fantastic accommodation. Fully stocked kitchen, 3 full baths and great location walking distance to everything! Only bummer was that TV did not work, but hosts did try to help us remotely.”
