Please note that this property is in Canada! I made the mistake of booking it and we did not have passports, therefore we couldn’t stay there. I attempted to get some money back since we didn’t stay there at all without avail. Our booking was during the week and not over a busy weekend, so it wasn’t like there was high demand for it. The property managers communicated well with us at first and then ghosted us and never communicated that they did not want to give us a refund. Consequences of choices, I understand. The lesson here is to make sure that you are looking for a stay in Canada when you book this place!

Quiet place, close enough to the falls
As a family of 6 we found a perfect house for a 3 day stay. Very quiet area but a restaurant and a small shop just 2 min walk. 2 min by car to free parking area and then only 15min to walk to the beginning of the beautiful Canadian falls overlook area. The owner always answered quickly and was very helpful.

Great place to stay
House was in a great location if you like being away from the touristy area. It was a 5 minute drive to the touristy area and right around the corner from the local stores and restaurants. The house was clean and cozy. The owner's communication was great. Will stay again.

Great location to Niagara Falls
We had a wonderful stay at this home. Spacious with 3 bedrooms. Great location to Niagara falls and attractions. Host had great communication. He responded right away. There were 2 parking spots on either side of the house. Wifi was weak at first and told owner and he fixed it. Price was very reasonable.
