All room charges and fees are outlined when booking the reservation for review so guests can make a clear and informed choice on where to stay when in Niagara falls. These charges and fees are again gone over with you at check in and agreed to when completing the process. Guests are provide with ample opportunities to make their own informed choice about creating a reservation with the hotel.

All of the charges and fees are clearly outline prior to making a reservation online for you to make an informed decision on a hotel. If you would like to discuss the what you feel was a lack of value in the pricing please contact the general managers office as additional feedback on this review is required as no concerns or issues were brought to the hotels attention during your visit

Good service and enjoyed our stay. Some things like couch needed improvements . We kind of sunk in after sitting. Also paying for parking was kind of odd though it wasn’t closest hotel to Niagara Falls. No complimentary breakfast. The staff were nice so yes a thumbs up!

Beware additional fees not clearly disclosed, not hot water, old hotel, expensive and limited parking, resort fees, parking fees, very noise. Advertised swimming pools but one closed under maintenance.

All hotel fees are disclosed on booking websites and again at the time of check in. We do offer three pools on the property 2 indoor and 1 outdoor. The outdoor pool will be opening for the season shortly. It is common for all hotels in niagara falls to charge for parking and the parking fee is in line with all near by hotels

Older hotel still kept in good shape
Very accommodating staff
Wish there was a patio to sit outside with a drink and relax

I like the stay but the hotel charged me around $10 more than the price I was given by Expedia. The staff made it seem that I have miss-read some fine print. I didn't. But I had no time to argue about the bill , so I left it. Otherwise the facilities were good, clean and easily accessible.
