"The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and so conveniet to everthing we wanted to do in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was so friendly and willing to help with everything. If we go back there we will stay at the Giacomo"
"It is a pet, friendly hotel, however, guests were holding their small dogs in their arms over the food tables at breakfast time. That was very unacceptable."

"Great rooms as we had requested the sky view floor. The rest of the hotel is dated. The Coffee shop is not well stocked. Elevators are slow. No bottled water in the rooms. Walking distance to the falls and ample parking. Overall a good experience. "
