Came with the family for one overnight in Niagara. Arrived early (12pm) and the service provided by Antonio was top-notch. Although my room was ready, he suggested there was a better room available on a higher floor, with a better view - but it would be a bit of a wait. We parked on-site (super convenient but pricey, there are cheaper options very nearby).
Took the family to lunch and was pleased that our room was ready for 2pm. The room’s view was AWESOME! My kids loved sitting on the edge of the window taking in the sights (facing the Skywheel, Clifton Hill and seeing the falls). The room was spacious and clean.
Very convenient location, especially for young kids: to be able to come back to our room for a rest before trekking out was great. It is only a 13 min walk to the falls and a 5 min walk to Clifton Hills. We made use of the pool and hot tub in the hotel - also a hit with the kids.
The only con: the towels. I saw another reviewer mention to bring your own towels. The towels at the pool are ok. But the towels they provide in the bathrooms are thin and too small.
The grand finale of our stay was the view from our room to see the fireworks. I didn’t know they had daily fireworks at the falls (every night at 10pm) What a spectacular show! We were all blown away. I would recommend this hotel and we will be back! Thank you Antonio for levelling up our experience!

My kids love the hotel. It is very close to the falls and the Clifton hill. They enjoyed swimming at the pool and the sauna. My only issue is, they should provide microwave in every room.
We would love to stay in the hotel again in our next visit.

Not our first stay here and won’t be our last. Love the location. Rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Nice property , undergoing construction at present so no restaurant but places to eat outside. Wasnt told no pasrking or rather its a 5 minute walk and extra charge till after we booked but would stay here again

Room was clean; very close to Clifton hill for all the kiddo activities; staff were friendly.
