This was a perfect location, close to old town and the promenade for walking along the beach. The room was great with everything we needed. The only thing that I did not like was that the lobby was tiny and you had to carry your luggage up a few steps to get to the elevator.

The location of this hotel is to die for. As a tourist, I would venture to say you would be hard pressed to find a better located hotel. You are so close to all of the main attractions of Nice: the beach, Castle Hill, Promenade de Anglais, Place Massena, Old Town, not to mention about a 15min from the Nice-Ville train station which can take you anywhere on the French Riviera.
The price of the room felt fair, the rooms were cleaned everyday. My only two complaints with the room was that one day I tried to take a shower at 6:30pm and the water was cold, and that our room was perpetually humid and the only way to keep humidity down was to turn the air conditioning down very cold.

Just ok. Clean but small room especially bathroom. 2 towels. No counter space, not user friendly. Reception was always too busy to help. We travel a lot & there are many things they could do to make this place better.

Beautiful views of the coast line and promenade. Near old town with many dining options and the Sunday Market. The hotel room was very nice such a comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath and shower. I loved the honey soap and lotion. The staff were very helpful and polite. They arranged a taxi for very early morning flight.
The only negats were the small elevator, bit that is common for Europe and the use of a room key for using the lights and air. If only having 1 key this could be an issue. Again I understand the reasoning behind it. Would definitely stay again, old world charm with updated class.

Location location location, just across from the promenade Great breakfast, and very friendly breakfast personnel!! Great 5th floor room with balcony and a view. No fridge in room.
We had a few hiccups
At check in, but a very nice new girl really tried to make it up
