Instructions on how to get to your accommodation once you had accessed the room cards whilst on foot was difficult as instructions were aimed at people with a vehicle. ”

The accommodation is central located which means you can reach all city highlights in no time. There is a subway (MRT) which is two stops away of KL Central Station and from there all other subways and trains are accessible. At KL SENTRAL you also arrive and leave ”

“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

Don't forget a plug adapter (G type in Malaysia). A mall and supermarket are at 5 min by walk, restaurants too. Quiet residential area. There were few people in the swimming pool during the week. A few small things to improve: the handle of one window was broken, the shower head was broken and I had to remove it (which is OK for me), there……

“This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. Room was clean, Smart TV could connect to our Netflix account, and a new air con had been installed which was cold and powerful! Appreciate the new air con, and space for a small dining table.
