Overall good
But things to improve are
The AC does not cool the room . It’s humid inside
Pool closed at 8 pm! Need yo open longer !
Spa closes at 6 pm !

We stayed at the Ritz from May 6th-11th. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed everything. The restaurants on the property were excellent and the beach was magnificent. Everyone, from the service desk to the towel services were wonderful and so friendly. It was our first time to Aruba and I can’t wait to come back and stay at the Ritz again.

All of the staff at the beachfront as well as in the club lounge went over and above what was expected. Very personable and friendly. The resort was clean and elegant. We enjoyed the restaurants and the sunsets off of the balcony. The spa ladies, professional, professional, and knowledgeable and offered a great service.
