"Hotel was very convenient and bed was super comfortable. Location is perfect with Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, Little Italy, Pier 39 and Cable Cars all within walking distance."

"Surprised that no one told us about the hotel airport shuttle. Also, hotels webpage says there is a concierge. There is not, but front desk did try to give us directions. Person who helped us get taxis – – believe his name was Kenneth or Keith– – was excellent! Housekeeping also did a wonderful job!"

"Hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Short distance to Pier 39. Only comaint for me was the shower tub did not drain properly. Room was nice and clean, it was a short stay for us so did not get to check out the property throughly."
