“Very clean, great for families and great communication ”

“Property was nice and the pool was nice. It was very clean. It just didn’t have TVs or decoration or porch chairs. It was a just an apartment with two beds essentially. Also, didn’t have enough bathing towels. ”

“We were very pleased with all aspects of this rental. Host was pleasant and communicative, house was well maintained, updated, clean, well stocked, there was plenty of sleeping and bathing available for large parties, and the river location was superb! We will stay here every trip we take to the rainbow!”

“The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.”

“Enjoy being out on the covered deck during rainstorms. The property landscaping gave privacy and allowed our group to relax alone or with others as desired. No need to turn on the television as just looking out the windows or sitting on the decks provided live entertainment with the wildlife all around. Easy walking distance to a great donut shop and the historic downtown. Don Peppe was one of the best Mexican Restaurants any of us have ever eaten at just 5 minutes from the house. The Singing……

“Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants.”

“This house had everything we needed and the SPACE! 2 families with multiple aged kids was A worry, but there was space for family time, space to sneak away for alone time, and separate space for kids and for adults. (Bless the loft!) Gorgeous sunlight and views all throughout the day until sunset, and SO close to everything we needed. But no need to bring anything but groceries because it’s got everything you could need! This home really made our time together perfect!”

“We love the Bungelows and Sunny is a wonderful host. Always willing to go above and beyond. Well stocked clean home. Everything you need for a great trip to the springs. Great location, family fun.”

“We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues.”

“Very nice mother in law suite. Great for just us. Nice kitchen. Nice walk in shower with plenty of hot water.”

“The host's were very friendly and available. The property is in a great location and easily accessible to many natural attractions. The main road has a nice bike / walking path towards town. This is a typical farm / country setting that is comfortable. There are no extravagant furnishings, just a nice back yard, fire pit and rod iron lawn furniture with cushions. The above ground pool was welcoming but not ideal for getting in and out of at our age. There is a small bathroom with a shower……

“We never stayed nobody let us in it was a complete lie it was in a filthy neiborhood had a tarp on top of the trailer for leK prevention had an abandon trailer behind it. I was lied to i want my money back how can you asvetise this as a place to relax. Disgusting no communication wasted my birthday on something that wasnt there”
