“This property is built into a hillside, making golf cart rides to all desired destinations the norm. The room was nice. Bed was fairly comfortable. Food was good. Beach wasn’t great. We were excited to see monkeys the first couple days, otherwise, not much wildlife at this location. A few maintenance issues such as broken ice machine and fire alarm that kept going off, but staff was quickly responsive. Staff was great. Not our favorite all inclusive resort as a young family, but a great option……

On a side note please do yourself a favor and stay away from LEO on the beach outside the property - he blatantly took money from our entire group of 12 people (and called half way through our day to PayPal more so we could continue) He did not give us the excursion he promised, said he would refund money daily, but every day was a different excuse as to why he still hadn’t.
