“Wonderful beds and great location for managing the construction.”

“I researched a lot of hotels prior to our trip and so glad we ended up coming here with our 3.5 and 2 yr olds. The property is stunning. It feels like you’re at a resort in Mexico. 2 nice playgrounds that are shaded was very appreciated. The beds are comfy and sheets are so soft. The rooms are HUGE. We had a one bedroom villa and asked for a rollaway bed and pack and play and we could fit both of them in our room. We were blown away at the room size. The location is so perfect too, easy 5ish……

“The staff are amazing. We had an issue with our washing machine and they responded immediately. There were some additional issues that occurred from that repair and everyone worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue. When all was done, they checked in 2 additional times that day to be sure that all was still going well. Can't say enough of about how well it was handled and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Property and condo was clean and comfortable as always.”

“Great property, very relaxing. Had a little attitude from the front staff but all the other staff members (bar and restaurant) were super nice and helpfully with anything that was needed. ”

“The hotel was clean and chic! I liked the linens and the beds at Adero. They were comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed each meal at Cielo from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also loved the staff at the SPA! They were welcoming and knowledgeable. The aestheticians who gave my daughters their facials were wonderful! I was not impressed with the lack of staff by the pool and the pool cafe. We could not get ice, food or drinks other than the Cielo bar and restaurant and we felt awkward ordering in pool……

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”
