“Only 1 hour free WiFi available, receptionist not polite at all. The air condition control doesn’t work and feeling hot during night. Water boiler is not clean enough ”

“This is a historical hotel. It used to be a great and attractive hotel. Its scenic view is great However， the elevator is old and makes some noise. As a whole, compare to other hptel in auckland it does still deserve to book and live in this hotel at this price.”

“Check in was fast & the receptionist was friendly. The shower pressure was awesome, just be careful of the hot water heat. The room was clean & tidy & I didn't hear any noise from other guests (although I think there was only 1 other staying at the time). Convenient location. The bed was too hard.”
