“订房时网上信息显示是一套单元房，有卧室、客厅和开放厨房，共有4个上下铺，可入住8人，我们入住6人。等我们到达时发现这单元房里居然没有卫生间，洗澡上厕所需走上很长一段路才能有公用设施。 到达时已晚上11点，无房间可换，因为已订完。也不可能再找别的旅馆，心情很差。这是由于网上对该旅馆的信息不全所致。非常不满意。”
