“This little villa is absolutely beautiful, even more so than it seemed in the listing. It's inside a resort, so you have access to the resort amenities, but is a separate and distinct home in there. It has 2 well-proportioned bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony. They were very flexible with check-in time (we arrived very early and they let us drop off our bags and then had the place ready for us 2 hours before check-in without any charge), allowed us access to a car for a reasonable……

“Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). “The view is even better in person. We enjoyed the property, the pool (which has a fabulous view as well), walked to Palm Beach in the morning for breakfast and a stroll on the beach. Great location for anything you want to do on the island. Would love to return!”

“We came to the island for a wedding but wanted to stay an extra night. The location was great. You could see palm beach from the porch of the property. Very short walk to Palm Beach which had a great little restaurant and store right by it. The resort has a good restaurant as well, which is right there. If you are not in your own vehicle I would suggest taking a cab to the property with luggage. The walk to the property from the bus we took had a pretty steep climb to do with all of our bags.……

“Loved the pool, perfect temperature clean and super deep. House was beautiful! unfortunately the spa bath didnt work or the oven or fridge. ( Repair man came and fixed fridge but oven was unrepairable.) That was quite a pain. Aside from appliances we would love to go again as was just a beautiful location and the space was so picture perfect. Thank you so much.”
