Well maintained,quiet,clean,nice coffee area with fruit,room was very clean and shower was large and worked properly! Slight issue with Park and Fly rate, was told one thing on phone but wasn't exactly true but decided to stay anyways and pay more. Didn't regret it

The front desk two men were exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to assist two 87 year old travelers get into the facility. Also the people serving breakfast were wonderful, helpful and very pleasant!

We booked because of the Jacuzzi, but it was not working well. Swimming pool was packed with birthday party group for two days.

Our pool area is a favorite feature for our guests, and we were sorry to hear that you disappointed with the hot tub but also happy to hear that it did not ruin your stay. Our regular guests love the hot tub and it gets tons of regular use. I apologize for any confusion regarding what is implied in any online advertising regarding the presence of powerful jets. We have scoured the internet to make sure that all references to our hot tub or listed as just that; A heated pool with some mild circulation outlets, as opposed a whirlpool, jacuzzi or spa. We definitely don't want guests to book with us under any false assumptions so please let us know if you have found a misleading reference so that we can correct it. We could hardly maintain our top of the industry rankings on all of the popular travel sites by doing so. Thank you for letting us know and thank you so much for staying with us!

Hotel lobby was attractive. Nicely designed. Breakfast was good, coffee very good. Room was very clean. WiFi didn’t connect. USB connection was broken. Door bolt did not latch. Staff very courteous.
