"Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, our rooms have a view of downtown Toronto. There are Chinese buffet, Korean grocery store, Starbucks, Cora, Freshii etc within walking distance. Bus stop is right at the hotel. We love it and will stay at Pan Pacific again. "

"The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find. I saw multiple cars turn in and do exactly what I did. I was confused as I turned into a Honda place and the driveway to the Holiday Inn wasn’t clearly marked. I thought that I was in the wrong place. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our room was freshly renovated and the hotel was overall a good experience. The breakfast in the morning was not bad either. I would stay again."

"This place is absolutely beautiful! Great price for what you get. One thing: make sure you check your reservation. I booked a 1 king and 2 twin bed room and when We got there, we had two beds. When I showed the owner my reservation - he said my room is not available in Winter.?? How could I reserve it then? Regardless- we were put in the family suite and charged more money but it was not much more. I plan to stay here again in the future!!"

"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "
