“Overall our stay in this hotel was above average! It was almost perfect, but the front desk needs additional training so they will be familiar with the type of their available rooms. There is one particular front desk agent, im not sure if her name is Kulmar, but something like that. I mentioned if possble to request for connecting/adjoining rooms and she said they dont have that kind of rooms.But the other f/d said that they have. Neiway, bed and pillows were soft and smells clean. Great job……

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. TV didnt have a movie channel. The jets restaurant kinda sucked. 1 GF option, over priced small steak, burnt burger, and no water for the table. I'd skip that part if possible.”

“록키 여행을 위해 캘거리에 와서 공항에서 렌터카 픽업하고 가까운 호텔에서 숙박하기 위해 예약했습니다. 어린이 둘을 포함한 4인 가족이 숙박하기에 좋았으며,아침 식사 제공, 실내 수영장이 있어 아이들도 좋아했습니다. 다만, 워터 슬라이드에 물이 나오지 않아 무용지물이었던 점은 아쉽습니다.”

“Only thing is that elevators make loud noise which cause noise trouble. Though my room was down the hallway but still able to hear the noise of elevator.”

“Staff were very friendly. Room was clean aside from an old stain on the wall next to the door. Convenient location with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Would definitely stay again”

“因為隔天搭早班機而選擇這家機場附近的飯店，櫃台人員非常親戚，雖然是2.5星但房間內的設備及備品非常齊全，有廚房和洗碗機，如果不想自己煮，隔壁還有一間餐廳，食物很好吃。 這次住宿唯一糟糕的是早上的機場接送，態度奇差無比，站著看我們搬行李，完全沒有協助行李的上下，甚至在機場還罵我們沒有跟他説我們搭乘的航班，雖然他只要往前開到我們搭乘航班就好，我們知道這是飯店無法控制，不過飯店或許可以考慮不要和這家合作。”
