“I did not have a good stay at cactus Pete's. There was odd casino behavior coming through Nevada and I stopped in for a nights stay. Checking in took two hours and no one helped me for twenty minutes. It was confusing and chaotic and it took two HOURS to get to my room--which was all the way across the street. A sad bent spined coy sat in a small solitary little pond. Sad. And lastly, they never returned the room deposit for this booking...through the site or app. Yuck.”

“Just a bed for the night. Clean, comfortable with easy access around town. The only thing I found odd was upon check-in, the front desk person said, “we ask that you not leave your pet unattended in the room”. Yes, I’m traveling with my pet. I’m by myself so I’m thinking now, I can’t even go to the grocery without my dog. It kinda threw me off guard, and left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve stayed a lot of places with my dog and no one has ever said anything like that. ”
