“We stayed in a Jubilee Lodge for 9 days - 2 adults, plus our 5 year old and 1 year old. Everything was lovely before, during and after our stay. The apartment was clean and comfy. The soft play, the pool, the games room, were all fun. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, the staff were so helpful. Morning walks on the beach were restoring for the soul. Thank you North Star! ”

“Good place to stay for a few nights. Beds comfortable. Main room a bit cramped with the addition of bunk bed. Nice pool. Site was small in a good way. Lots of residents in park showing it is a good place to stay. Easy to find. Reception staff really helpful. ”

“Beds and dishes were not adequately cleaned not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned before we rented our cabin. Some dishes were not clean. Stayed for 3 nights and only provided with 2 bin bags and 2 dishwashing tablets. No oven which I didn’t realise when booking. Apart from that it was a great weekend away ”

“Cabin 1 not so good due to location right on edge of park, beside public carpark, end of public footbridge. Streetlight right in front. Close to office, kiosk with an annoying ding dong everytime someone opened door. WIFI did not work and stsaff not very receptive to the problem. On the whole the cabin price was well overpriced.”

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”
