“酒店位置深入火山公园，有段路需要急后转弯，晚上没有灯，有点吓人，相比其他酒店确实远一些。 前台的美女姐姐非常贴心，给出了很多建议，她家有不少tour可选，方便出行。房间很大，古朴装饰，比较喜欢，就是卫生间洗澡没有地台，水会留出去是个缺陷。 早餐的面包和水果自助，正餐是点餐制有四种，均没有菜。晚餐的汤很赞。 泳池酒吧很好，温泉的，度假村感觉人比较少”

“各方面都好，尤其喜欢他的温泉！唯一不理想的是餐厅的饭做的不太好次，第一个晚上点了鱼和扇贝还可以，第二个晚上点了肋眼牛肉和扇贝，牛肉就是一块肉，但是肉还是很好吃的，只是没有一点菜，配的土豆泥里面全是奶酪，像牛皮糖一样拉不起来，扇贝味道还好但是牙碜，有沙子。第三晚逃去温泉那边吃自助，40刀一位，凑合。总之比我后来去的酒店饭差。但温泉绝对值得来！”

“Out time at the Hideaway was absolutely beautiful! Upon our arrival we felt instantly welcomed with a cool face towel and fresh juice. We were then taken to our bungalow by golf cart by the sweetest employee. The grounds and scenery are unbeatable! We had a forest view suite and it is totally worth it! “非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。”

“Beautiful location! I have slept in jungles on 2 other continents but Arenal Oasis feels so alive and wild! It’s loud here. Not cars, or traffic but the tree frogs, howler monkeys, chirping insects, song birds. That’s sort of the point of this place, but if you need a quiet environment bring ear plugs to sleep! Wild life was everywhere- including many poisonous species. Our kids, 5 & 8 understood not to touch anything, but I would not recommending kids any younger as the jungle surrounds……

“This property was amazing, literally one of the most beautiful properties that I have ever stayed at! The staff were so accomodating, especially given a reservation error . They had us check in, stated they would handle the problem with Expedia, and told us the most important thing is that we have a good time. AND THEY LIVED UP TO IT! “We went for my wife's 40th birthday with multiple families with kids. It was a perfect venue and stay that was closer to the Liberia airport vs Fortuna. We had Tucans on the property, parrots, and plenty of beautiful birds. There is enough distance from each of the villas that gave you some privacy, but close enough to also feel together easily. One issue you can run into in being in the jungle is bugs, but there were no mosquitos or any issues at all staying here, definitely nothing in the……

It is full of birds and lends itself to their observation by the most passionate enthusiasts. The main house offers all the comfort and respite desired.
