I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again.”

“The gated parking was great! Only thing that would have made it better was if there was entrance access to the back of the building without having to go down through the garage/basement. Everything else met great expectations. Plenty of room for my family in the unit and it was clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. “Nice place. Suited our needs for attending a graduation at WashU. Only issue was the information emailed to us mentioned a pull-out sofa, but the location does not have one. Also, the WiFi information in the book wasn’t accurate and the correct information was sent in the check-in email. Bare bones, but covered what we needed.”

The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!”

“Pros: the front desk staff were very attentive. There was absolutely no evidence of bug activity in the rooms. The pool area looked nice, but I never had time. Cons: there's no elevator, only stairs to the 2nd floor. I only found 1 ice machine available. Breakfast was a little thin, with only the toaster and microwave oatmeal for hot options. Overall, if you travel light and only need a place to sleep, shower, and grab a cup of coffee in the morning then this is the best deal in town. If……
