We were not allowed to use the pool at the property until we checked into our room. Usually you are allowed to use all facilities while waiting for your room to be available. This was very disappointing.

Hotel was just... okay. Not what I would expect from the Hilton name. Property is a renovated older hotel, but a lot of the details are missed. Hotel is in a great location at the end of the boardwalk, but the hotel itself is just passable. The vent fan in the bathroom didn't work, the door to the balcony was jammed shut, the shower amenities were out. I did call maintenance to fix the door and they arrived in 20 minutes, but didn't bother calling the desk for the shampoo and body wash because I didn't want to stall the vacation any longer waiting around for someone to come by. It's not the worst by far, but not what one would expect of a Hilton hotel. I stayed at an off-season discount rate, so I can't complain too much. Definitely not worth whatever exorbitant prices are charged peak season.

Look at the map and stay on the 2nd floor above the outdoor patio. You will notice the room on the map looks bigger but it’s your balcony that is larger, not the room. Perfect location. We loved it and we will return.

Will stay again. Room was very nice. Bathroom was new and clean. Staff we met were very nice. Even had a valet to help get our bags to the car.
