“We lived this property! The view cannot be beat! You can hear the waves crashing against the sea walls and it’s just magical! There is so much to explore just off site! Our kids had a blast exploring the lava sea cliffs and playing in the tide pools. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners out in the balcony and the kids loved the soak pool. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. Incredible views from balcony and snorkeling sets, kayaks, boogie boards etc. Private, primitive snorkeling site that can be reached scrambling over lava rocks (stairs washed out)- Not for small kiddos or anyone needing assistance, but most people would have no problem, especially since it’s so private……

“The views from the Lanai were absolutely gorgeous. Black Pebble Beach was just down the road to enjoy the sunsets and the sound of the ocean. It was about 45 minutes from Kailua Kona. The drive didn’t bother us as we drove all over the Island anyway. It was nice to go back to a peaceful community after a long day. Kitchen was fully stocked, beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The house did get hot with no air conditioning but we did open windows and doors after coming back and it……
