“Beatiful beach right out front of hotel Motel itself could use some paint and cosmetic repair Rooms are dated but clean ”

“The rundown outside is misleading - inside the lobby and rooms were in good condition. Nothing exceptional, but it absolutely met our expectations for a small hotel and we loved that it was pet friendly (though there is a 50lb limit that Expedia and the hotel’s information did not state in advance). We had a comfortable stay and the manager was helpful and friendly ”

“Cute little place right across the highway from the beach. Two bedrooms Easily fit 3 adults and a dog. It was clean, affordable and close to everything you need. I would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed three nights for a family gathering. We had our little dog with us. The view was great for us as well as our dog as he stood on her hind legs to watch out the window. Our only negative comment is the bed is full sized and soft. We would like a queen or king bed. We would stay here again. We met the owners in the store they run below the apartment; they are very nice people.”

“Auntie's house was overall a nice place to stay, it was spacious enough for our party of 4, all amenities were in good working condition and everything was relatively clean. The only thing I would say was not up to par was the floor, though it looked clean there was quite a lot of dog hair, stuck to socks and anything that was set on the floor, There was also some human hair on some of the towels. I would be careful leaving food out as there were ants that found our cooler bag and were……

“The property is incredibly clean and well planned out. The unit is cozy and perfect for two people. The shower even fit my giant spouse which is unusual as most shower heads are located around his chest region in hotels. Having the full kitchen saved quite a bit of money and it’s nice to be able to cook and store food in the fridge so one doesn’t have to eat out every meal. Check in was easy and the staff were responsive to emails and extremely welcoming.”

“I rented out a home to be able to have a special Christmas with my daughter. Once we FINALLY got inside. We brought our things inside and had to wipe the couch down because it was sticky and full of crumbs. Was told it had a full kitchen. When im told full kitchen I expect to have bowls, mixing bowls, baking pans, muffin tin, ect. Bought alot of food for a Christmas dinner and treats and was not able to make most of it. Went to the store and bought plastic cups. Had to wash all dishes before……

“Great little place to stay beside the cleanliness, for a property listing with a no pet policy there was hair all over it looked like the "clearners" came in changed the bed sheets and put out new towels and left. The power to the hot tub was off when we arrived and it was 55 degrees, took a day for it to get to temp, very disappointing for a couple little girl that were very excited. Kitchen counters had crumbs and onion peels on them, Kitchen floors had sticky spots from spills. With a good……

“I really liked staying at the property. It was easy to get to only two blocks off of the main highway. The house was laid out nicely there was plenty of room and we had everything that we needed and it even had a 65 inch TV I was impressed. I have been to Rockaway Beach before and stayed at other places and the location of this house was perfect for me to go to all my favorite places. I would love to stay at this place again.”

“It was just perfect for the price! It was extremely clean and very welcoming. It was nice to be so close to the beach with easy access which gave my daughter with Down syndrome the opportunity to visit the beach several times a day without any difficulty. We will be booking our next vacation there.and I loved the fact it was dog friendly with a small pet fee. It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing!”
