Makes herself available most of every day for any questions or suggestions about the site and the city. Provides you with a bottle of Cab Sauv wine as part of the welcome! -Place is comfortable, well stocked bathroom as well as kitchen (Kitchen I never used cuz I didn't want to make a mess) which has……

“We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and updated Penthouse which was actually very quiet. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!”

“We had an amazing stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely adored Bob and Larry and are already taking about visiting them again. The property was super clean, and we appreciated the easy access. The location was stunning, offering beautiful views all around. “Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly……

“My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. The property manager seems very chill and reasonable too. No complaints!”

“Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area.”

“Easy spot for a weekend away. We were attending a wedding in town and the self check-in and guest parking spots made it easy to get into town. The house had dishes, each bedroom had its own TV, but the coolest thing was that the apt is directly across from the POOL! We didn't get to use the pool during our stay, but we certainly wished we could have because it was so conveniently located to the apt (just down the stairs!).”

“My friends and I just loved the town of Carpenteria and the Tropic Shores condo was the best place to enjoy all the town had to offer. We walked 3 blocks into town and 1 block to the beach. What a treasure. We all plan to return.”

“I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!”

“The place was as described. Unfortunately we got some unusual cold and wet weather and given that this is really a beach stay, we didn't get to take advantage of everything. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to opt for an upstairs unit - floors are very thin and you can hear everything. Super easy check in and check out and really nice and clean.”

“We really liked this place. Looking for a reasonably priced place where we could explore Carpinteria and Santa Barbara from and this place fit the bill perfectly! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and the apartment was immaculate! Very nice, with on-site laundry, comfortable beds - can't think of anything to nit-pick. Great place and we'll be back.”

“Nice cabin! We thought it was up in the mountains when we arrived, but it's actually in the city. We had planned for a barbecue outdoors, but we received notice that no fires were allowed outdoors that day.”

“Clean rooms with amenities like towels, a/c, kitchenette, and complimentary snacks. Comfortable bed and staff was communicative via texf and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or if anything needed to be fixed. Check in time is only at 4pm but that’s ok because the guests and I were exploring santa barbara so just plan accordingly”
